This document outlines the Grievance Policy and Procedure for The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (the Trust). The Trust aims to create a harmonious working environment and to maintain good working relationships. It is recognised however that there may be occasions when staff feel aggrieved and wish to seek redress.
